Dave Svec

Besides serving as a Manager within the General Partnership of iPG Real Estate LP, David Svec has over eighteen years of experience in strategic planning with an emphasis on asset protection and capitalization. He has a proven history of providing financial structuring for companies and high-net individuals. In previous roles, he has provided oversight to execute a success plan for clients by coordinating attorneys, banks, lenders, government agencies, and tax planning professionals. 

As a former Covey Trainer while serving as a Supervisory Principal at a large broker/dealer, Dave Svec realizes and agrees with Steven Covey that “Effective leadership is putting first things first. Effective management is discipline, carrying it out.”

Lena Marshall

Lena Marshall creates, implements & monitors our customer relationship management (CRM) program designed to build trust, confidence, and goodwill with our clients & prospects. As our Client Relations Manager, she understands our client’s needs and articulates the company’s ability to meet the client’s needs with our products or services. Lena often has critical responsibilities in client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.

For several years, Lena has been an analyst and serving crucial support functions with Emmes BioPharma, ICON, and Sarasota County. Lena has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida. She is also fluent in Russian and German.

Bruce Methven

Bruce E. Methven has been a corporate and securities attorney for many years in the San Francisco Bay Area. He advises regarding entities and offerings, prepares the required documents and makes the required filings. He specialized in federal Rule 506(b), Rule 506(c) and Reg. A+. He also handles California-only offerings that allow commissions to be paid to finders who bring in investors. Bruce graduated from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law, where he was an editor on the Law Review.
